Atlanta Fire DepartmentI would just like to say that the seminar Jen spoke at was spectacular! It exceeded all my expectations. My main take-away from Jen’s talk was to always celebrate the little accomplishments! Jen’s personality was a true reflection of her story but even more so her victories! Thank for an awesome event!”  – Arkla Napper, Executive Assistant, Atlanta Fire and Rescue Department

MN Dental Association“Jen was the speaker at our seminar for women dentists. We all loved her energy and humor and her presentation was very inspirational and entertaining. She is a joy to talk to and one of the most positive and enthusiastic people I have ever met! Dr. Laura Eng, MN Dental Association

City of Maple GroveJen captivates her audiences with heartwarming personal stories of adversity that most people are able to relate to through their own life experiences. She has that “can do”, “don’t quit” attitude, has a great sense of humor and is truly an inspiration. She teaches us, “when life throws you a lemon, make lemonade out of it”. Thanks for brightening our day with inspiration and hope!”  Claudia Schmoyer, Human Resources Coordinator, City of Maple Grove, MN

La Crosse County“Jen is such a pleasure to work with, bubbles with enthusiasm, and at the same time is a professional. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed her presentation. I have had several attendees approach me and tell how much they enjoyed Jen and how they’ve started to apply what she taught in her training. It takes a good topic, but a better speaker to influence people to apply what they’ve learned once they walk out those doors, and Jen is that person. Thanks again Jen!” – Diana Cukla, La Crosse County, WI

“Having Jen speak at our event made it one of the most engaging and energetic events we’ve had. The group enjoyed her humorous and related stories.” ~ Jennifer Levine, Welsh Companies

Imagine Having More Resilient and Focused Employees

Most organizations today are faced with the challenges doing more with less. In addition, workers today are faced with more stress than ever which has lead to costly organizational issues such as:

  • Increased workplace errors
  • Increased healthcare costs
  • Increased staff turnovers
  • Increased team conflict
  • Increased sick time
  • Decreased employee engagement
  • Decreased productivity
  • Decreased employee satisfaction

EMS / Medical Communities: It is estimated that over 400,000 deaths EACH year are due to medical errors. ~ Journal of Patient Safety, September 2013 Volume 9 – Issue 3

In short, we have a lot of extra unnecessary chaos, trauma and drama taking place within our organizations that is not healthy for individuals or their organizations.

Through my various roles, I help organizations and individuals calm the chaos, reduce stress, and toss out much of the trauma and drama they are bogged down with.

Does this sound like a good fit?

If so, just imagine how:

  • Your teams would function with employees who were less stressed.
  • Your organizations would run with employees who embraced change.
  • Your organizational health related costs could be reduced by having healthier employees.
  • Our communities, organizations, and families would benefit from having individuals equipped with tools to overcome their obstacles both professionally and personally.

Please know I look forward to helping your Everyday Hero Teams gain Iron Strength by helping them learn how to find ways to reduce chaos, trauma, and drama in their work and professional lives.

sherriffWhat a sincere pleasure it was to hear Jen speak at the APCO/MSA/NENA Conference in Alexandria, MN. She was inspiring, and then some! She smiled at us, and I told my partner “I bet that is Jen.” And so it was. Jen has a special sparkle.  I was also impressed by the research she invested in her presentation. Much appreciated!
